python版本不兼容

您好，我在使用conda配置环境过程中，pip install -r requirements.txt 这一步显示需要python版本>3.8 or 3.9 但是在创建环境的时候python版本指定的是3.7，请问你们有遇到这个问题么？谢谢！

Sorry for late response, I have revised and tested the requirements.txt, you can use new version file. And if you fail to install torch_scatter package due to version conflict or other bugs, delete it in requirements.txt, and use .whl file in submodules folder. If you want to use other pytorch/python versions, you can download torch_scatter file from https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/ according to your environment.
