Add background image like films

Do you know if it's complicated to add the background image films?

It seems to me that it is possible to display a background image like films, I saw that in principle there is one by default, do you know why it is not displayed (it has the same behavior for all themes)

Advanced Kodi Launcher does it for retro games and lots of things.
