Food Expedition Supply reset after 100%

Describe the bug
After supplying food to 100% to a party, the food supply went back to 6%

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Miki server.'
2. Click on '#test-channel-1'
3. Scroll down to 'click see attachment'
4. See error

Expected behavior
if problem is resolved, i expect my food supply to benefit my party
