Sitemap couldn't be fetched by Google Search...any helps?

The sitemap works perfectly in browser.

More: The pages could not be loaded before, solved by reading #36 (Comment) (just enabled "Discoverable on Web" in Notion)... is there a solution without configuring Notion?
