Log server calls

As a matter of diagnostics, the API Client should have logging for every server call. This would help diagnose the transformations from the wrapper objects to the underlying query language (as an HTTP call). It would also help developers have feedback about when (how often) they are calling the core API, especially for use with the Object Model.
