On ubuntu, getting blank agent_id

My agent_id file is empty on Ubuntu 12.04, i'll need to look into how raxmon works to figure out why this is happening.

FWIW my token is properly set.

Right, I seem to be getting somewhere:

It does not seem to like the grep

Narrowed it down to this bit rax-maas/rackspace-monitoring-cli#45

Right, so the problem is as follows, if the server name has any capital letters in it, it wont work since ${::fqdn} is downcased.

I guess the fix is to use a grep -i when matching hostname? whilst this may cause additional bugs if you have a server named SeRVER and one named server, this is better than nothing, i think?
