raxmon-entities-list no longer contains fqdn in response?

Appears to me that raxmon-entities-list no longer contains the fqdn in the response, even if you pass --details, which breaks when trying to store the agent id.

I worked out what was wrong, your usage of raxmon assumes that Rackspace servers are labelled the same as their FQDN - and mine weren't.

I will add this to the documentation.
