Different blockholders are assigned the same blockholder_cik #7
Description
Hi I have two questions regarding the blockholder_cik:
- if it is an individual blockholder, why do they have a cik?
- there are cases where different blockholders are assigned the same cik, e.g. company_cik = 1217688 & year = 2004, three blockholders (FERRARI RICHARD M, De Novo (Q) Ventures I, LP, SIMPSON JOHN B PH D MD) are assigned the same blockholder_cik = 1007708, why is that? how should we deal with such case?
