Test application redesign

Test application, which can be found here https://github.com/vpejovic/MachineLearningToolkitTest is not up to date with the machine learning toolkit. Moreover, the application should be reorganised with the following in mind:

• Comprehensively test the accuracy of all the machine learning tools (classifiers) contained in the application.
• Test of key MLToolkit properties, such as its ability to preserve classifier parameters throughout application restarts.
• The test application should also be a starting point for anyone interested in using MLToolkit, thus it should be an easy to understand, yet showing all the benefits of using the library.
