Install Script not installing Python Packages

When I try to run the install script on Raspberry Pi it doesn't allow the python packages to install and does not complete the script. I believe this is due to changes in how RPi handles Python3. Any help? Is there a newer script?

Ok... I downloaded the legacy version of Raspian and it installed fine... but when I try to run the webServer I get the following error:

Any ideas?
