Extract classes with a "single responsibility" from the TemplateChangesCommand #4
Description
The TemplateChangesCommand class contains nearly the entire logic to fulfil its purpose: we could extract some (or maybe one, it depends) standalone classes/services from it in order to decouple the various logics.
