Substitution of fastdds 2.14.x Error

When Sync with Cyber 10, I got an error like [!message::ParseFromString(*msg_str, &msg) is met.] from manager.cc, when using fastdds version 2.14.4. How to fix this problem

This will sacrifice some performance， but now can fix this ,and looking forward some better solutions

@zsqrq We also encountered this problem, and the reason we found at the time was that Protobuf's serialized string had '\0', and fastdds's serialize string overload method used the strlen method to get the length, which would cause the calculation to be incorrect, so message::ParseFromString would fail. You can make Cyber not use FastDDS's String serialization interface (which is what you did), and you can patch FastDDS. I don't think this affects performance.
