Feature: Time filter for Upcoming tab

Time filter for Upcoming tab - Needs thoughtful integration with existing lookahead settings (fixed hours vs. day boundary mode). Could filter within existing lookahead or override/extend it.

Could also be Configurable the same way snooze presets work could allow configure these
