WIP: Add man pages - [opened]

Merges work/man-pages -> master

This adds a man page instead of solely relying on dismanctl --help

Current issues:

• CMake doesn't like me and the file doesn't really get installed. I need help there from someone who knows CMake.

I see a macro in a CMakeLists.txt file, but where is it actually called from?

Let's keep it open for now and look later again at the CMake issue. Maybe someone else comes around to help. +1 though on adding a man page. Text itself looks great!
