[1.2.4] Unable to run migrations for a fresh install

Hi,

I would like to install a fresh install with your web-installer but I have an error during install (I download the web-installer today) :
ERROR: Unable to run migrations. Increment on type bool has no effect, this will change in the next major version of PHP {"code":500,"exception":null}

My config :

• Apache2 2.4.52
• php 8.3.2
• mariadb 10.6.12
• ubuntu 22.04

Seems like a deprecation error to me. For the moment, while we work to put out a fix for that issue, you may need to change your error reporting level to ignore deprecation messages, just for the installation process.

I disable deprecated error (with error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED in php.ini file) but nothing better.

I try with PHP 8.1.27 and I have no problem : so, the problem comes with the new PHP 8.3 version.

The underlying issue has been fixed by wintercms/winter#1031 - we just need to release a new version with this fix.
