Block Grouping by Folder

When we add a block to a repeater, we get to see all the blocks sorted by their name. If they are in subdirectories, it would be nice to group them in a folder structure as they are grouped on the file system.
And if I may add to the wish list:

• One folder should be the designated "primary", e.g, through an entry in .env
• The blocks of the primary are listed on the top without the folder name.
