Cannot update Wordpress to the latest version

I am trying to update wordpress to the latest version and I am getting this error message. I am not familiar yet with WP so I would need your help to understand what I need to do.

I have cleared the cache both on the site and my browser, I logged out and back in again but still getting an issue.
