Impossible to scroll the editor after dragbar resize

Prerequisite: have a long post that is scrollable in the editor

To replicate the issue;

• open the editor and use the dragbar to resize the editor
• try to scroll the editor using the mousewheel

Result: impossible to scroll

Confirmed. Workaround is to click the full screen button in the TinyMCE toolbar.
