Unable to load few (old?) DBF files

Describe the bug
A couple of DBF I tested can't be loaded, they seems to be produced by uncommon/old dBase versions as even LibreOffice can't open them.

To Reproduce
You can try to load dbase_02.dbf and dbase_8c.dbf from the following archive:
dBase_02_8c.zip
The first file throws an exceptions "Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime" and the second one "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values".
