Support folder type colors in desktop tools #1611

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
Similar to Task Type colors the backend now also provides Folder Type colors - and matching to ynput/ayon-frontend#1719 it'd be good to also get the colors to be used in the desktop tools.
How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?
Show the Folder colors in the UI. Similar to what #1438 did for Task Type colors.
Are there any labels you wish to add?
- I have added the relevant labels to the enhancement request.
