BUG | Even with watchdog.exe added, the RPC does not work. #54
Description
Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior
When I originally installed this extension on Windows, it kept spamming my computer's command prompt asking for a watchdog.exe file. I saw the file on your profile, so I installed it. Even with it installed, it no longer shows the message, but the RPC does not work at all.
Expected Behavior
The RPC should actually work.
