Recently I have a looking at your this project and feel interested in it ! I am interested in this project, but I also face some challenges. and I wish I could receive your suggestion from your guide..
The question 1 is that, could this software be installed on the Windows system?
The question 2 is that, the Data Organizing part, I has accessed to the https://bids.neuroimaging.io/, and the introduction of dcm2bids, and I also feel confused. Could have a simple usage of this software？ Where could I find?
The question 3 is that, "4.4 Resting-state functional image pre-processing"Part, and I want to know the understanding of these parameters, such as: the rest_dir_name, the rest_name, TR, numDropping and the sliceOrder.
Any suggestion or recommendation is appreciated.
