- removes warnings produces by "check-unused-prototype-data"
- according to API 2.0 changes hr_version is not supported anymore. High resolution pictures should be standard

Hi,
Since my Factorio world just isn't the same without the Redux Loader, I had to give it a try and upgrade the mod to Factorio 2.0.
I am not a professional in lua, nor in using github, so pls be gentle with me, if I did anything wrong.
I have tested the branch with only the base game, and in my current pyanodons world.
