In the other instance it seems to be known?
i.e. https://access-om3-idealised-configs.readthedocs.io/

Not sure what you mean here. The website-url is known, if you see at line 1 of the updated README [website-url]: https://decoding-access-om3.readthedocs.io/ is defined.
