Closes #1074 Uses [GitDiagram](https://gitdiagram.com) to generate an overview of workflow for TopoStats. Its not quite as detailed at the moment but I feel it will be is informative and useful to those coming to the project anew.

The test that fails here is fixed in the stacked PR #1079 so this is ready to be reviewed. |
