Meh :(

Because gem_toys >= 0.14.0 depends on Ruby >= 3.0, < 4
  and Gemfile depends on gem_toys ~> 0.16.0,
  Ruby >= 3.0, < 4 is required.
So, because current Ruby version is = 4.0.0,
  version solving has failed.
