Pool Strategic Algorithm

A strategic algorithm that chooses shots in pool.

Dependencies

Run pip install -r requirements.txt from the project root to install all third party dependencies.

Copy port.json.example into port.json. Fill in information based on your own computer. port.json is .gitignored, so everyone has their own.
