배수관을 만드는데 배수관이 쪼개져서 있음.
길이랑 개수가 주어지고 이를 잘 조합해서 X 길이를 만들어야함.
순서는 고려하지 않을 때, 만들 수 있는 방법의 수를 출력.

역순 탐색으로 진행해서 현재 파이프를 고려하지 않도록 하고
반복문으로 파이프의 개수를 고려하면 됨.
