move "Helper tasks" to the new top-level chapter "Analysis tools" #322

- move "Helper tasks" to the new top-level chapter "Analysis tools"
- split the initial text into several .md files (event selection, mult¢rality selection, PID, track selection)
- also re-directing the references from various places to the newly created (sub)chapters

Now we have "Analysis tools" and "Tools" sections which is a bit confusing. |
