Yfocus Chrome Extension

Hide distractions and focus on the current YouTube video.

Features

• Hides related videos, comments, and other distractions on YouTube watch pages.
• Simple toggle to enable or disable "Focus Mode" from the extension popup.

Installation

1. Download or Clone this Repository

   Download the ZIP or clone the folder to your computer.

2. Load the Extension in Chrome

   • Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/
   • Enable "Developer mode" (top right)
   • Click "Load unpacked"
   • Select the Yfocus_Chrome_Extension folder

3. Usage

   • Go to any YouTube video page.
   • Click the Yfocus extension icon in your browser toolbar.
   • Use the toggle to enable or disable Focus Mode.

• contentScript.js – Hides distractions on YouTube

• background.js – (empty, reserved for future use)
