Tractor Nextflow v1.0.0 Release**

This release introduces a complete, modular workflow for local ancestry–aware analyses and supports running full end-to-end workflow or select modular components independently, including:

• Phasing with SHAPEIT5
• Local ancestry inference (LAI) using RFMix2, G-Nomix, or FLARE
• Pre-Tractor and Tractor GWAS pipelines
