This system is a Nikon TI inverted microscope. A PerkinElmer LCTF is placed between the microscope body and the camera to achieve hyperspectral imaging.

Objectives

While it is possible to use many different objectives for PWS, the 100x TIRF objective provides the best imaging performance and is recommended for all applications. If you need to use a different objective you will also need to generate a "System Reflectance" calibration file. TODO link to calibration page
This is system currently the most stable option for taking PWS measurements.
