Contains Deprecated/unfinished functions
-apply_missing_tagged_na was replaced by a step that performs the same function
-create_variable_details_template General skeleton for variable details creation however a better approach using DDI is in the making
-PopulateVariableDetails This function relies on DDI which has been dropped for the time being
-ProcessDDIVariableDetails a variation of populate however also dropped for time being
-AddDDIToList internal function used for DDI reading
-bll-flow ddi support section was dropped due to lack of ddi
-clean.R was replaced with filter
-create_bll_model_object was dropped due to small use case
-ddi-utils was dropped due to lack of ddi contains helper ddi reading functions
-LogFunctionActivity has been dropped for now due to existance of modules
-print.metaDataLog was tied to LogFunctionActivity
-recipy-utility.R contains helper functions skeletons that would be nice to have
-check_small_cells dropped due to changes in bllflow structure
-util-funcs contains old long table utility long table has been reworked to work with RDF
