Add Capfitogen functionality to the Crop Wild Relatives use case

Making a draft PR to make developments a bit more visible, and work to fix merge conflicts.

Additions:

• new script capfitogen_master.R
• additions in R_scripts/MoDGP-commonlines.R: additional packages and directories
• additions in R_scripts/SHARED-Data.R: new data download functions
• illustration of workflow around capfitogen_master.R: capfitogen_master_illustration.drawio.svg

To be done before merging this PR:

• update master script to function with full/standard Capfitogen repo - major changes after changing it to submodule and full set of standard scripts etc.
• convert data download to capfitogen's standard data
• complete 'complementa' tool functionality
• plots/visualisation of results
• clean-up of temporary files
• freeze packages
• test locally if possible, preferably by several people
• contribute CAPFITOGEN changes back to main repository
• update readme with full data requirements total computational and storage needs for running ModGP #35

Optional additions:

• test on LUMI
• add additional function for downloading and using new data (alternative predictors, to be added to capfitogen's set of 177 variables)
• add/improve functionality to crop global data to a supplied map/extent for a species' native range, or alternatively use extent from downloaded GBIF data
