This PR aims to fix make gltestserver-image and make gltestserver commands.

  • The previous Dockerfile required uv.lock to exist in the repo root before building
  • The gl-sdk requires the libglsdk.so to function
  • Add missing runtime dependencies: git, gnupg, libsodium23
