Pull Request Overview
This PR streamlines changelog maintenance by removing the in-file changelog history from the documentation and directing users to GitHub Releases for all release information.
- Removed detailed version history (2024.3, 2.1, 2.0, and 1.0) from the changelog file
- Added a note with links directing users to the GitHub Releases page for current and historical release notes
