Proposing an alternative solution to #234 which accomplishes the goal of allowing external mods to add searchable items to the item spawner. This one avoids the mod having to implement an ItemRepository, and instead allows them to provide their own GetAll method which the api uses to wrap its own internal SearchableItems around.
