@hennie: This use case conflicts with the same one already submitted by @JessedeDoes in #15, (https://github.com/CLARIAH/usecases/blob/master/cases/wp6-use-case-3-tools-to-data.md.md). I merged his version already (simply because we was slightly earlier, no judgement on content :) ), could you two coordinate how to consolidate the two versions?

I already consolidated some of the sections that Jesse left empty and you filled out.
