Upgrade Blog Section with Modern Responsive UI & Animated Laser Background

Changes Made:

• Added a new app/Blog-section/page.jsx with a laser-style animated background and a clean hero-style intro section.
• Created a new app/blogs/page.jsx to display all blog cards in a responsive grid layout.
• Implemented smooth hover effects, glow animations, and transitions for blog cards.
• Ensured fully responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Linked the “View All Blogs” button in the Blog Section to the /blogs route.
• Maintained clean UI with consistent font, spacing, and theme styling.

Goals Achieved:

• Made the Blog section more visually appealing and interactive.
• Improved user flow — users can explore the Blog intro page, then view all posts.
• Added subtle glowing background effects that match the project’s theme.
• Enhanced accessibility and responsiveness.

The Blog Section now features a dynamic laser background, and the Blogs Page displays all posts with smooth hover transitions and modern card styling.
