v1.1 - Convert to ETHOS BMP file format

A small utility for Windows that allows to convert in 2 clicks any kind of image to BMP file format for FrSky ETHOS OS.

• Tested with a set of images : .jpg,.jpeg,.png,.bmp,.gif,.webp,.svg,.tiff,.ico
• Tested with the special character set used on the Windows operating system for file names
• Transfer tested with a removable disk and a Tandem X20 radio in bootloader mode
