Expo Router and Tailwind CSS

Use Expo Router with Nativewind styling.

• He creado el ejemplo CRUD sobre el template de expo "router tailwind".
• Con este comando se puede instalar el template:

npx create-expo-app -e with-router-tailwind

Como correr el proyecto:

• Ejecutar (debe estar conectado un dispositivo android o debe haber una móvil virtual).
