Add SCA Triage Show and Update Support (AST-14824)

Description

• Implemented triageSCAShow and triageSCAUpdate methods in CxWrapper to support SCA triage show and update operations using the --vulnerabilities key-value flag.
• Updated command construction to match the required CLI format for SCA triage operations.
• Added comprehensive unit and integration tests for both methods, covering:
  • Successful SCA triage show and update
  • Update with stateId
  • Failure scenarios (invalid input, empty vulnerabilities, null/undefined arguments)
