Bug Fixes & Conversion/Export Functions

Created ConvertTo-LogSlotHTML and Export-Log function, created docs files, create pester tests, and resolved a number of minor bugs.

Initial Beta Release

This release contains the initial modules necessary to import Configuration Manager logs (both modern and earlier simple versions) as well as CSVs, TSVs, Colon Separated Logs, and W3C Extended (IIS) logs. It has some basic sanitization rules built in.
