Update readme so all references point to v3.1. Add references to the prebuilt container on Docker Hub and change the quickstart to explain how to run from there. Move the build instructions to a new section, and add a description of the debugging facilities.
Add more details for usage.
This first i18n effort translates the web UI only. The behavior I chose is: the UI follows the browser's wishes, but there is also a language selector on the home page to let the user choose. Also, I did not do a deep dive into naming all UI strings, I used the original French strings as identifiers as Flask-Babel lets one do. There is worthwhile work in modifying the logging messages and errors for i18n, but it can be done at a later time.
Add the ESCPOS_TIMEZONE environment variable.
Avoid double encoding problem when text is already UTF8
Cleanly separate known barcode types that can and cannot be rendered, and unknown or missing type.
Feature addition: Print barcodes
Update readme.md to make the 3.2 release.

Hi,
I was doing some cleanup and I have seen that you tried enabling debugging in your fork by changing some code.
There is an environment flag that does that for you in all parts of the code. See this new README for details.
