* We have a banner that reads "Valid KernelCare License Found, but KernelCare is Not Installed. KernelCare provides an easy and effortless way to ensure that your operating system uses the most up-to-date kernel without the need to reboot your server. Click to install." We were not showing it when Kernel was licensed. This bug was introduced with with the fix for CPANEL-25873 * Removed legacy code explcitly marked for removal, and updated to use Whostmgr::Kernelcare for price gathering
