Basically the same package as 0.2, but made ready for a PyPi release

Release 0.2

• Tested manually against outputs from classical PacBio pipelines for SP2-C2 model
• Parallelization is now a thing
• Indexing if now possible in 0-based or 1-based
• Logging, tqdm progress bars fixed
• Python API corrected and secured (untested), some parts are deleted because they didn't work anyway. Python API still need to be tested

Pytests still needs to be added
