The rate limit is over IP with rate limit threshold. In config.json under rateLimiter: redis host redis port ratelimit threshold rarelimit ttl seconds Whatever was done, the middleware is being requested 3 times when hitting the homepage. So keep in mind multiply by 3 any threshold is being configured. Mind that maybe other pages than the homepage is calling this middleware even more than 3 times.
