Controls how frequently the warning beep will chime. (Including never)
Disables in-game music
Enables playing custom music tracks. Music will be randomly selected from any music libraries found in the Music directory. See Custom Music for information on how to set this up.
Also include original tracks in the selection when using custom music. If disabled, original tracks will only be selected when no custom tracks exist for a given usage.
Include music tracks that do not fit the fantasy setting of the game (tracks with the "diverse" tag). This can potentially increase the number of tracks in libraries that may be selected.
Disable songs in the library that are marked as being potentially unsafe for streaming.
If selected, you can press select to cast a spell multiple times without re-entering the menu.
Changes the control to automatically game over/reset from Up+A on the 2P controller to Up+Select on the 1P controller while paused.
Removes rapid flashing that sometimes appears in the base game.
The text for many of the NPCs is replaced with text submitted by the community.
Prevents the HUD from flying all over the place when lag happens. Does not actually reduce the amount of lag.
Selects which sprite to replace Link with. All sprites have the same hitbox / stats and are purely cosmetic. Many sprites are provided, but if you have a different sprite you want to play as, you can add a .IPS file containing the necessary graphics to the Sprites folder and it will automatically be added to the list on restart.
Some custom character sprites include modified item graphics. If you find this confusing or undesirable, you can disable it here.
Changes the base color of the sprite.
Changes the color used in the sprite outline.
Changes the base color of the character sprite when the shield spell is cast.
Changes the sprite of Link's sword beams.
