Thanks @shradhaebi , I have a suggestion: can you please add a README to the folder explaining how these scripts are to be executed, with example input and output?

Thanks Bruno, I am trying to use and explore ensembl utils and other modules in the scripts offline with the help of my team members. There might be few changes in the scripts later. But feel free to review. |
