Reorder css prooperties alphabetically

This PR is doing too much. If you're still interested in contributing these changes please reduce the scope of this PR to just single quotes. You'll also need to rebase master to resolve conflicts and fix the build. A CSS3 option was just merged yesterday, you may wish to expand on that in another PR. |
